🚨 Emergency Alert Test – Thursday, April 2 🚨

The State of Texas will be conducting a statewide emergency alert test on Thursday, April 2, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

During this time, residents may receive one or more test alerts, including:

• Cell phone emergency alerts

• Phone calls, texts, or emails

• Outdoor warning sirens (in some areas)

👉 This is only a test. There is no emergency.

👉 No action is needed.

👉 Please do not call 911 unless you have a real emergency.

This test helps ensure that emergency communication systems are working properly to keep our communities safe.

Thank you for your cooperation!
