New Water Well Testing Scheduled for September 19-21

The City of Stockdale will conduct a mandatory 36-hour test run of the new water well beginning late Saturday, September 19, and continuing into Monday, September 21.

As part of the testing process, water will be discharged and may be seen flowing along Highway 123 through town and into Stockdale Creek.

Residents and motorists who notice the water should be aware that this is part of the scheduled testing of the new water well and is not an unexpected water-line break.

The testing is a required step associated with bringing the new water well into operation.

The City of Stockdale appreciates the community's awareness and understanding during this testing period.

Testing Period: Late Saturday, September 19 through Monday, September 21, 2026
